On  March 23 the Governing Council of the founding committee (CP) of the biodistrict of Lake Bolsena, which already counts 19 municipalities in the lake area among its members, met to elect the social offices.

Paola Adami, head teacher at the “Fratelli Agosti” comprehensive school in Bagnoregio, was elected as President, Piero Bruni, president of the Lake Bolsena Association as Vice President, and as Secretary Silvia Nevi, agricultural entrepreneur. Thanks to the Municipality of Gradoli, the registered office of the CP will be in Palazzo Farnese in Gradoli.

The Scientific Committee of the CP is currently preparing a proposal for the identification and constitution of the biodistrict which will be submitted to the Lazio Region in order to obtain recognition, possibly within the current year.
