When will the construction sites appear?

On September 5, 2017, the contract for the work to restore the collector and the treatment plant was awarded.
According to the COBALB director, the work should have begun in the autumn of 2017 (for details see here).

To date, we have not seen any construction sites or workers at work. The Lazio Region is the manager of the contract. Our repeated requests for access to documents regarding the time schedule of the works have so far gone unanswered.
