The Regional Energy Plan for Lazio (PER) for which an almost final draft is available, is to be approved soon. The PER defines concrete steps in terms of energy in our region for the next 10 years and also gives a general perspective up to the year 2050. Citizens have until September 15 to submit their comments.

How can you do this?

1) read the draft on the Region page

2) comment on critical points and propose changes

3) send them to the associations of Lake Bolsena and/or to the mayors

Unfortunately, the period for appeals by citizens was very short. The associations were able to participate, with a few days’ notice, in an electronic hearing on July 13, 2020, as were the mayors, a week later.

However, it is important that citizens express themselves. What alternatives are there to industrial geothermal energy, fields of solar panels, wind turbines, waste incinerators, the Civitavecchia power plant?

The associations and mayors are considering their proposals. We ask you to contribute!
