Lake Bolsena is an environmental asset of Europe

There are urgent fundamental problems which must be resolved by the population and the administrators if they want to keep this beautiful lake intact, as a unique and vital resource for the whole community. Lake Bolsena is an environmental asset not only for Italy, but also for the whole of the European Community, and there is an opportunity to protect it with a wider involvement of citizens than thus far recorded. For this reason a group of European citizens established the “Bolsena Lake of Europe” association.
